Slow, soothing, and oh-so-satisfying — this traditional hand-sewing technique lets you create beautifully detailed shapes with smooth, turned edges (no raw fabric in sight!). Perfect for mindful making and adding that extra special touch to quilts, cushions or wall hangings.

In this one evening class we will get to grips with the basics of needle turn applique and begin to plan and sew our pattern. We will be using a pattern by the wonderfully talented Jo Avery, this will be included in the class price.

What to bring – a square of background fabric 9″ x 9″ and some smaller fabric scraps and scissors. More details given upon booking.
