The HALTER Top is a close-fitting style with a low-cut halter neckline that ends in two scarves hanging down at the front and back. Additionally, there is a seam under the bust. The top has darts and seams that provide shape and is fully lined with the same fabric as the outer fabric. The bottom part of the top is cut on the bias so that it drapes nicely around the body. The top closes with loops and buttons at the back and with a hook and eye at the back of the neck. Please note this top does not match any of Puff and Pencil's sleeves or collars.
