The Innes dress by Homer and Howells is the perfect pattern for sewing the summer dress (or top!) of your dreams. The dress has a straight, easy to fit silhouette as well as side splits, bust darts and a squared off sweetheart neckline. The Innes is great for summer but also lends itself incredibly well to layering for the colder months, it looks just as good dressed down as it does dressed up.

The Innes has two views, view A is a mid-calf length dress and view B is a cami top.

We recommend this pattern for confident beginners and beyond.

Fabric:

We recommend using woven fabric only for this dress. The Innes dress is particularly well suited to linen, double gauze and viscose!
