IT'S HERE!!! The first Sew Confident sewing pattern! We launched the Dot Bag as a bonus accessory as part of our Confident Capsule Collection SS24 sewing course and we are so happy to open it up to the world🎉

The Dot Bag is a fully lined, circular cross body bag with an outer pocket and a feature underside panel. It has a finished circumference of about 24cm, which is the perfect size for all your important things - snacks included. Play around with colour and print to add some contrast and really make it your own. This bag is great for confident beginners and when you buy the pattern, you'll get access to a video sew along file too.

• 75cm main fabric- We recommend using a mid to heavy weight woven fabric for the main body of the bag like cotton twill, canvas, denim, linen, corduroy, leather. You could also use a lighter fabric like cotton poplin or viscose mix fabric if you add further interfacing to give it more structure.
• 50cm lining fabric- Use lighter fabric for the lining like cotton poplin, cotton lawn or viscose to avoid bulky seam.
