Looking to get into bag making?  Or just looking for the perfect holiday tote?!

The pattern is included in the cost of this class and it even comes with instructions for quilting your bag if you want to customise it even more!

Suggested fabrics: Mid weight canvas (6-8 oz.) for exterior and accent fabrics. Dry oilskin/waxed twill/waxed canvas can be substituted for exterior and/or accent fabric. Quilting cotton for lining.

In this class we will take you through:

• Insert an interior slip pocket
• Insert a bag lining
• Re-inforce the base of the bag to make it nice and sturdy
• Insert a zip
• Work with the clip fastenings and other bag hardware

What to bring:

• Your pre-cut pattern and interfaced fabric ready to sew (we don’t have time to cut and interface in class unfortunately).  The pattern is included in the price and will be sent to you ahead of the class so you have time to prepare.
• Basic sewing kit, (scissors, pins, chalk etc)
