Fancy getting ahead of the curve for spring? Time to make a quilted jacket to keep you cosy over the coming chilly months! Combine two fantastic crafts in one!
We will be using the Megan Nielsen Hovea pattern in class to create your quilted jacket! It has lots of different views but we’ll be making the quilted views B, D and F!
In this class you will learn tonnes of new skills including the basics of quilting, bias binding seams and of course jacket making!
You will need to bring:
- A copy of the pattern
- Your chosen fabric and lining fabric
- Wadding
- Matching Thread
- Bias binding (or you can make your own)
- Basic sewing kit
If you don’t have any of these things we do have lots of lovely fabrics and haberdashery items available here. We will have these ready for you at your class.
You DO NOT need to bring your own sewing machine, these will be provided in class!
