The Big Sew Off is coming back in September 2023 and we are super excited to be a Scottish Hub for the 24 hour sew along!  From 10am on Monday 4th September until 10am on Tuesday the 5th we will be glued to our sewing machines trying to raise as much money as we can for the mental health charity Mind.

Here at SewConfident we know how theraputic it can be to lose yourself in a project for a couple of hours so this is the perfect way to indulge your love of all things crafty and help others at the same time.

Whether you want to bring along all your unfinished projects, or try your hand at the newest pattern you can sew whatever you like but we will also give you the chance to make some items that we are going to be donating to our charity partner.

We have amazing jerseys that were donated by Sew Over It London to turn into t-shirts and beautiful cashmere tapes courtesy of Nomad SLT that we will be turning into scarves too.

We will be offering (up to) 4 hour time slots over the 24 hour period so whether you are a night owl or an early riser we would love for you to join us at the studio.  As with all our classes we will make sure you are fully caffeinated and get the good biscuits out the cupboard!

Last year’s sewing marathon raised £10k so we are excited to help them smash that target this year and would love your help!
