Who doesn’t love a chance for dedicated sewing time, meeting crafty pals and just absorbing that good energy from a room full of people who all love sewing?!
We regularly host sewcials at our studios where we provide a creative space for you to bring your own project and sew with company for a couple of hours. We really wanted to try something a little bigger. So we’ve come up with The Big Sewcial!
The Big Sewcial a BYO project sewing day where you’ll have on-hand help from our resident sewing queens, Jenny and Laura, as well as other members of the Sew Confident team. There’ll be tea, coffee and bundles of biscuits to fuel you for the day and even a tasty lunch too. And, in true Sew Confident fashion, there’ll be a great wee goodie bag of course!
What’s included:
- Tea, coffee, snacks and lunch!
- A goodie bag filled with fun stuff
- Top tier (if we do say so ourselves) sewing help from Sew Confident’s big boss, Jenny and her right hand gal, Laura.
What to bring:
- Any projects you’d like to work on
- A basic sewing kit(scissors, pins, unpick etc)
- Your sewing machine (or hire one of ours by selecting the sewing machine add-on at checkout)
Yes of course - you can bring whatever crafty project you are working on!
Yes you can! We have sewing machines and overlockers for you to use in the shop!
The sewcial is not a class so there is no teaching. If you need specific help with a project we can get you booked into a 121 lessons with one of our tutors - drop us a message and we can sort it out!
